House GOP Leaders: Don’t Change What Isn’t Broken

HARRISBURG – House Republican leaders today agreed with some of the findings of the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee’s (LBFC) year-long study into the medical malpractice venue issue but were disappointed that the bipartisan, bicameral committee stopped short in asking for the state’s highest court to abandon its proposal to revoke the current venue rule.

BFTP/NEP invests in and supports early-stage, technology-based companies and established manufacturers to create and retain jobs, and advance technologies that improve the human condition. BFTP/NEP provides technical and business expertise, referrals and resources, and networking opportunities in addition to funding.
