The 63rd Legislative District includes part of ARMSTRONG County consisting of the CITY of Parker City, the TOWNSHIPS of Bradys Bend, Cowanshannock, Hovey, Madison, Mahoning, Perry, Pine, Plumcreek, Redbank, Sugarcreek, Washington, and Wayne, and the BOROUGHS of Atwood, Dayton, Elderton, Rural Valley and South Bethlehem; all of CLARION County; and part of FOREST County consisting of the TOWNSHIPS of Barnett and Jenks.

HARRISBURG – At the request of Rep. Donna Oberlander (R-Armstrong/Clarion/Forest), Rep. Jim Struzzi (R-Indiana) and Rep. Pam Snyder (D-Greene/Washington/Fayette), a bipartisan group of 58 Pennsylvania House of Representatives members signed a letter urging Gov. Tom Wolf and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to suspend Pennsylvania’s regulatory efforts to join the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).

KNOX – Due to the state’s stay-at-home order and the COVID-19 crisis, Reps. Donna Oberlander (R-Clarion/Armstrong/Forest) and Lee James (R-Venango/Butler), along with Sen. Scott Hutchinson (R-Clarion/Venango/Butler/Forest/Warren) and the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PBFC), have had to postpone an informational meetingregarding the upcoming plans to repair a hazardous dam at Kahle Lake.
